How it Works

Step 1 – Choose a Type of Tent

Depending on the type of your event, number of attendees, square footage, and where the tent will be set up (grass, gravel, concrete, etc.), we can help to guide your decision. For larger events requiring several tents, we might suggest a combination of these types specific for each use.

Step 2 – Estimate Size Requirements & Develop Site Plan

Our in-house design team can assist with estimating the appropriate size, shape and floor plan to ensure you maximize usage and get the most out of your next event.

Step 3 – We manage all aspects of delivery, setup, take down, and removal

All you need to do is focus on entertaining your guests! Our team will deliver all materials to the site. Setup for most events takes place within a day or two (sometimes longer for very large events). We will keep our staff on-site or nearby throughout your event to ensure everything runs smoothly. As soon as your event is over, our team will take down the tents, load them up, and leave your site looking great!
